Having just been at The Loop late last year, this is a bit of a shocker. I wasn't even aware this engine was on site there.

Is this engine currently displayed in a building adjacent to the engine house in Silver Plume? When I was there in October, the building was all decked out for some sort of holiday event and access was very much restricted.....lots of kids dressed in Halloween costumes, etc. It was really not possible to view any museum displays that were inside. Wish I'd known they had a White Pass engine inside that building.....and an engine worth restoring at that!
