Most likely a Robert W. Richardson photo since I haven't seen any other photographer coverage of the event. Just came around the Wye at Gunnison and is headed to Iola to load and return with the "last" Powderhorn roundup on the 9th of October '53. I'm surprised at the lack of displayed Signals on the cab hop, but note in other pictures of the time they were quite relaxed around Gunnison with those rules. Note the Cinder Barrel over the stack on the #268, she only wore that in 1953 dated photos from what I've found in the DPL and Books.
