Hi John,
Glad you are enjoying the photos.
I've several hundred, maybe 1,000-2,000. About half are narrow gauge (including RC&BT, Edaville collection (c1969), EBT, Redwood Valley, Atlanta Zoo Train) with about 80% Colorado NG (usually D&RGW). The rest are mostly ex-PRR (I took my first railroad photo in 1969 - Penn Central) but a lot of Southern Railway, a few short lines, Sierra RR, Srassburg, Hummelstown and Middletown and so forth.
Since they were intended for modeling, mine are different from those trying to recreate history.
I think of it as the old saw about the three blind men and an elephant. One touches the trunk and proclaims the elephant is like a large snake. The next one feels the leg and proclaims it is like a tree. The third finds the ear and proclaims it a stingray. All sort of correct and yet none are close. I hope my photos will help add another data point to the history or the railroads.
Enjoy and share.
