That seems to be a unique sort of hand car if that is what it is. It appears to have wheels close in height to that of the box car. The foot board on the back seems odd as well as the vertical screen. I have seen canvas wind screens on the front of early motorized track cars, but this doesn't look quite like that. Any thoughts?
