I like the night shot---well done. I have never visited this railroad, although Dave Conrad was on a trip to Mexico I was on in 1963, well before he was famous for the Valley RR. Anyway those numbers are outstanding for the Santa Trains. I would think other outfits would try more along these lines. I am sure that these numbers represent a good chunk of the Valley Railroads income for the year, so if I had a tourist railroad I would try something along those lines perhaps a few times to test the waters. Guess thats why the D&S put that wye a few miles out of Durango for short runs in the winter, etc. Wish the C&TS could get some revenue with Santa runs in addition to the ones they do now. Probably not practical though or they would have done them.
