In Colorado Springs, CO. there is a bakery that makes Holland items. It is run by Steven Boonzaaijer and his web site is: www.[dutchpastry.com]. Steve's father is an old baker from Holland and has another son in Michigan that has another bakery. Another baker here in Dallas is Henks but I do but have the info on it.

I can attest to Steve's items as I have enjoyed the items on site. His brother, John, is my rector and is also an excellent baker in his own right.
