From the perspective of the video, it looks like the 2nd rail from the right - the engineers side of the track going to the left - is both a bit out of line and quite a bit too far from the somewhat movable rail closer to the camera. (As they say 'across the pond', "Mind the Gap.")
And that rail looks to me to be heavier than 65#, but maybe 'cause my SoCal brain is looking at it from the perspective of standard gauge -- in which case it would be nearly 5/3 heavier, or closer to 110# - way to heavy and stiff for a stub switch, IMHO.
