Hi,
When I built a car for 1.5" scale 4.75" gauge, I used scale drawings. I forgot that 3' gauge in 1.5" scale was 4.5". The 4-wheel box car never ran right - the wheels rubbed on the sills. It was easier to build a new one from scratch
At one time, I had a full collection of Modeltec. The drawings for the T12 used to be available through T12 Enterprises (owned by Gish and Weston). Just be aware that the drawings were altered for 4.75" gauge (39" not meter) when using them. They are great.
