Close. The ET&WNC ten-wheelers were in class 10-26D332 (except # 9, which was a sub-type as it had smaller wheels than the others the ET&WNC owned)

Sumpter Valley had class 10-26D328. Their drivers don't appear to be spaced the same way and they're pretty smaller than the ET&WNC ones. The SV tender is totally different and there are a few other refinements that pop out at me right away.
