Re: Cimarron Mercantile Co & Jack Green's Garage

Guy: Look as the slide area above the photo, this shows up as a good marker to orientate photos of Cimarron regardless of the date. With this in mind, these stores are to the west of the west leg of the wye and above the yard tracks. The road in the foreground "tees" the left leg petering out and the bottom leg crossing the Cimarron on the way to Gunnison. The right leg turns up just past the mercantile and goes by Johnson's store on the way to Montrose. This photo was taken before the road, Route 50, was reworked and paved. All gone now apparently taken out when Route 50 was redone. Paul.
