Correct - it's a pavilion. Update: mounting bolts are all set in the foundations, the girders are mostly assembled into a series of arches. They may begin placing the arches on the foundations on Saturday, depending on how today goes. This restricts close access to our railcars during our Ouray County Railroad Days this weekend (still visible from about 50 feet from the sidewalk, and the inside exhibits and caboose are still fully open), but on the other hand, visitors may get a real show as the steel goes up. All of our regularly scheduled events will still happen.
