The legal documents are interesting but heavy going. A high ratio of legal mumbo jumbo to interesting factual info about the IRCA business. One of the interesting assertions I found was that United Fruit was secretly controlling IRCA before they acquired a formal controlling interest in the late 30's. Not surprising, but certain contrary to what was in the annual reports. And there were some interesting comments about O. Roy Chalk.
