This is a H.H.Buckwalter movie. He is a pioneer in filiming around Colorado at the turn of the century.
It looks like the train left Silver Plume and when it crosses the bridge it's heading to Georgetown.
This film came with the Cog Georgetown Loop video combo you can by in a gift shop. I have it.
Note there are no trees.
