Busy time on the C&TS

The C&TS Narrow Gauge Rendezvous has started and lasts until Sunday. Things started Thursday with an evening Cumbres turn pulled by the 315 to position some cars at Cumbres for today's charter freight. Today there were two regular passenger trains, a 315 photo freight, two geese, a diesel freight to haul the pile driver from Antonito to Osier, all of which were at Osier at the same time. And that was topped off with a evening dinner train roundtrip to Cumbres. Activities continue Saturday and Sunday with an equally busy schedule. In addition to all the train activity I have run across numerous "old timers" who have showed up to visit with each other and tell tall tales (and probably a few lies) at a ng. veterans get together. All in all a fun weekend on the C&TS.
