Jim ran a pair of charters in 1996, John -
IIRC, the charter on Sept. 17 & 18 ran from Chama to Antonito the first day, and back to Chama the next. On the 19th there was a two-engine freight with #463 and #497 - both lettered flying Rio Grande - from Chama to Big Horn and return.
Here's a phraud-o-graph from September 17th. I'm pretty sure that's Earl in the cab of #463, hidden behind the steam on a cool, damp morning:
