Doesn't it just make you screech when you see it's OK for a person to hang almost out of the cab of a locomotive travelling at a good rate of speed here, yet on many tourist trains travelling at 10 mph or less you are not allowed to even stand up at your seat when the train is moving, let alone stand at a safely locked vestibule door.
