I understand about 50 tickets have been sold. The two 315 trains are sold out, but there are seats available on the geese (and most of the 315 photo ops will involve the geese as well). Assuming Mother Nature cooperates there should be plenty of different kinds of photo ops including pile driver OB. Mike Shade is organizing two night photo events. Not to mention the dinners, lunches, and gab sessions with the old timers. Lots of different things going on. 463 will get in the act with a couple of passenger trains, and there could be some doubleheading with 315. And in the middle of all the special events the regular trains will be operating! All in all so much will be going on that choices will be necessary, you can't do everything! The rendezvous has morphed a bit from the original plan, but I think the bumps have been ironed out and it should be a memorable and fun weekend for everyone ranging from the serious photogs and veteran narrow gauge railroaders to the casual visitor. A veritable Fiesta del Ferrocarril.
