Railbus at the Rio Chama RV Park

Does anyone have any history on the railbus that is at the Rio Chama RV Park in Chama? THey have a small collection of equipment and some track. No one seemed to know where the railbus came from.
Sorry for the picture, that was the best I could do at the time. I did do a search on the forum but could not find any information.
