Do you use a full version of Photoshop, I can't remember. If so, either with the individual images open, or in bridge, from now on, right click and go to file info. There's a spot for a title and room in the description area for pretty much as much info as you wish to add. This is a great way to have all the info tied with the photos. I keep all my caption info this way. It follows any copies made and is a very handy reference when you loose a caption or other info.
