That was just a conjecture by that Wild Eyed Foamer from California - Roosso - a systems analysis geek, screenwriter, amateur beermaker and wannabe singer/songwriter who (except for five months as an unpaid volunteer with the American Freedom Train) has never worked on a real railroad.
