Remembering those tank cars sitting on ties, with NOTHING on them other than bolsters is amazing. Where they are today is a testament to perservance, hard work by many, LOTS of money, and Chris Trunk's dream and leadership. Chris saw them sitting there and decided to do something about it.

With a little luck this summer the black UTLX car will be finished, and the third frameless car will be sandblasted and painted ready to have the draft gear, brake gear and all of the 1,001 other things (and yes it seems like there is 1,001 details!) still needed to make the car operational. And it is a GRAMPS too!
