The "how" behind the "wow"...

I want to give kudos to Ed Fleming for the quality of documentation that his video provides. Video is a wonderful communication tool and Ed struck a nice balance between a news report and a "how-to" documentary. It was engaging to watch the work being done and to see some of the "how" behind the "wow."

Something else that stood out to me was the age range of the folks involved. It's encouraging because in 40 years, the young fellas in the film will be the old heads, hopefully teaching another generation the finer points of running gear reassembly. By the nature of life in general, these projects tend to attract the retired crowd as most younger folks have other demands on their time. Its good to see some younger fellas making time to be involved.
