According to A.E. Durant's book, "Garratt Locomotives of the World", the Dorado had two double pacific Garratts. Interestingly, according to "La Segunda Mula de Hierro" by Gustavo Arias de Greiff, the Pacifico also had two outside frame 4-6-0 + 0-6-4's. That makes at least 4 three foot gauge Garratt's. All in Columbia, it would seem.
