Jeff- May be one of them, and probably is. I was Army at the time on a road building mission down there and only got a glance, but I seem to recall that they both looked like WD locomotives. #2 was partly disassembled.
As a sidebar, I was offered the bell and maybe even the complete locomotive if we could repair the road/rr bridge over the Aguan River. They were desperate to have it fixed. But (1) We couldn't fix the bridge which subsequently washed out, isolating part of the line and (2) Of course we would not have accepted the gift anyway. Honduras is flat broke and almost totally incapable of paying for anything. .
