I think the "Colorado" paradigm interesting... I was discussing the other day with some notable photographers about how when people speak of D&RGW, they automatically think "Colorado", and Western Pacific is a "California" railroad, and this video only barely mentions the Utah side of the Uintah even though Utah's gilsonite mines were the only reason the road existed and Mack just happened to be the closest and most easily accessible SG connection. Utah is basically ignored for everything relating to these fallen flags.
Great video though, it's nice to see that this unique road was preserved in motion picture.
