It would have been Train 316, the eastbound Montrose-Salida passenger.

The important thing to remember is the "Shavano" was the final remnant of the former 3rd division passenger service, operating between Salida and Gunnison ONLY. The Gunnison-Montrose portion was discontinued in 1936. The "Shavano" name was applied to the remaining Salida-Gunnison train in 1937. The Shavano was discontinued in November, 1940.
