I could not find the photo you referenced. They all showed 315 with the 'funnel' stack. Have you got a link to the recent photos?
I really liked the comment about 315 pushed by a diesel engine disguised as a baggage car. That really sums it up. Perhaps this is how the C&TS could operate during fire season?
