Since Sunday is pretty much accepted as a family day I would think that would include family planning. Families would mean more tickets which would mean more dollars. John for 30 + years in the seasonal tourist business I have found Sunday to be one of the busiest days of the week, if you count reservations it probably is my number one day. No business or information available on Sunday sounds like a fast way to make less money, if you are going to be in the seasonal tourist business you had better learn to take advantage of every available day, especially one of the busiest. It seems like a lot of the answers in regards to the C&T come from a large corporate office mentality rather than a small seasonal tourist orientated business and there is a big difference in the thought process and the C&T is not the UP and each and every customer must be taken care of and made happy and that does mean that all information must be made available all days including Sundays, in this businesses customers have a choice and they can get information from Durango Silverton 7 days a week. My suggestion is to wake up and put some-one that understands customer service and the seasonal tourist business in charge of customer service policies. For the ticket agents to be able to give out information is essential, if A customer does not want to be contacted about his or her charter that is all the agent has to say is at the request of the customer there is no information available. "I don't know" is not an acceptable answer.
