Funding from CO sounded a bit more stable than NM. We won't know for sure until May (if I recall correctly). Commissioner Love thought that Governor Hickenloopers train ride last year may have been a big help in keeping the RR in the budget. If that is the case, hats of to John Bush and staff (the CTO) for impressing Hickenlooper. Between the CTO, the Commission and the way they are coupled, I think we are in about the best shape we could be in, in the real world.

I like the idea of variable pricing. Why not offer a big discount on a slow day. Why waste the seats. Most of the brochure for this year is much like prior years, I did scan the trip/pricing page as it was referred to frequently during the meeting. I thought I should make it available:
