Probably the best thing you can use at this point is the Dorman Excel spreadsheet and then use filtering to sort on the data. Here is the link:

I think we as the users should also come up with some standardized way to communicate to the Friends staff / vet corrections of captions and re-categorizing images as there are a lot that need work.
