Change car numbers? Sorry I shouldn't make light of such a serious subject, but you fella's certainly have to jump thru a few hoops to get funding from the State, you are lucky that such funding is available, not sure about other States here in Oz but we haven't got that luxury in South Australia, any carriage restoration is done by donations and fund raising, we do some government assistance with big ticket items but no such luck for individual carriage (car) restoration.
