Just to add a little more background to the "need" of the GGHS they were turned down by the town of Dolores on their proposal to acquire the #5 outright this past year and instead entered into a 10 year lease agreement (with 5 year renewal options) that you can read here:

With rates escalating for insurance, transportation, and maintenance costs etc. it puts all the burden on the lesee in this instance. I have enjoyed my several trips onboard #5 and hopefully the GGHS can continue with an annual operating schedule which according to the linked agreement (Item #4 ) needs to be "reviewed" by the Dolores Town Board in the first quarter of each year.
