The unnumbered car would be 3139 I believe, which was the one completed last summer. One question in teh stream is how much new material is in a rebeild? Well in 3139 it was a large portion duie to the shape of the car. Most of the dropbottom rebuilds have also been extensive. Most of teh frames have a lot of rot at the top of the beam where they are under the flooring. It doesn't show from the outside but is sure evident once you get the deck off.
