Guys,
On C-16 #268 I know the frame was painted silver but how about the
top and bottom of the pilot deck? Was it black?? The domes, cab,
tender tank, headlight, and front number plate were painted Aspen
Gold. Were the 2 rings on the domes brass like the boiler bands or
were they painted black? Were the botom of the running boards silver
or black? how about the front flanger raising mechanism. That was
silver the best I remember.
I am working on a contest piece and want to be sure.
