That would be a great tour. My wife tells me that in the early to mid-1970's the reservoir got that low too. She and her family wandered around out there. At that time there were still remains of many structures, bridge abutments, and even a large collection of telegraph poles. They cut some of the poles and got the insulators.
Wish I could go.
