Boy, you SVRR guys just never give up, do you?
This was all hashed over in a thread started by Dale Brown on January 28. The engine shown in the photos is a 2-8-2, Cusco - Santa Ana #102, BLW 59206. It was moved to Lima and put on display in a park about 6 years ago, minus the builders plate. The photos posted are clearly not current. The SVRR engines in Peru have not been seen since the late 1970's. Considering the number of visitors to Peru that have looked for them since then, I think you can consider them long since scrapped.
Now, how about using your efforts to find that barn in Indiana with the NYC Hudson in it? <img class=" />
