Chris, all I can say is to state the obvious - they got up, left the room, then came back. The only things deleted from the raw video were the 30 minutes the Commission was in Executive Session, and the audio of the "sidebar" discussion just prior to Love's and Randall's departure.

My policy in editing the video of these meetings is to be a "fly on the wall" reporter. Nothing cut out. That is why the tail end of one clip overlaps the beginning of the next clip. If someone wants a copy of the raw data, send me a large hard drive, with return postage.
