Hi Matt,

Yes, I can confirm that the tank is still standing. I drove past it last Sunday on my way from Antonito to Albuquerque. I had never driven that route previously, and was not expecting to see a wooden water tank along the way. The tank looks to have deteriorated quite a bit since your photo and is in need of some serious rehab, but it still stands. I hope that saving it is one someone's radar. I think that these tanks are a very cool reminder of the rich railroad history of the region.
