The map provided by ROWExplorer is fantastic, but a bit off to find the bridge. It is off NF700 at these coordinates from Google Maps: 34.987679, -111.648350

You can see the old ROW heading southeast, I parked near the gravel pit being used by the Forrest Service. It is easier to find the gravel pit, the bridge is back in the trees a bit. And I use the term bridge loosely.
