Yes and no...
I have seen the pictures of the Friends rebuild project, and I have about 30 pictures from the current and old snow shed, both interior and exterior.
As for measurements, anything would be nice, but I have a general Idea of how it went together. I am not going to turn anything down, but unless its a somewhat scale plan of the mid 1900's structure, it wont help much.
The biggest problems are outdoor weather, and compensating for scale models. I couldn't build the model to exact scale if I wanted to. For one, all boards have to be big enough to hold together in an out door environment. Also, the model trains will swing wider than the prototype, and need more clearance to do so. Pretty much the only part that will be "scale" will be the spacing of posts, and the height of siding and roof boards. I also didn't realize at first this was a board and batten build, and will have to see what happens.
This project is low on the list of what needs to be built, but high on my list of things to do!!
