Well, at least one was placed on #483 for GG&BG - I have no idea whether it was "hers", one made earlier for #481, or perhaps one of the K-28 stacks.

Apparently only 'The Shadow' knows ...

Here's another of Ernie's photos, taken three weeks earlier, that shows yet another style of stack.
This one was put on #473/"478" for the filming of 'Botch Casually and the Somedunce Kid':

The stack shown above was removed before #473 ran east in mid-October, 1968, for servicing in Alamosa.
It doesn't look like a "Silverton" stack to me; does anyone else have some info?
