Jay,
The web site says mid October for season end. I've been contacted by a British tour organizer who ran charters on the C&TS in 1997, wondering if the railroad will be able to handle any charters at all this year and if so when. I advised him that it did not look good before season end, but that it might be possible the following week. Any idea when that might be?
