The Three volumes of "The Mineral Belt" from Sundance are great for C&S info. The 2 volumes From Benchmark bublications with Harry Brunk's Gazzette articles "Up clear creek on the Narrow Gauge". I also really like M.H. Ferrell's "The South Park Lines"
