Jerry,
It seems to me that on the 3rd division rules were broken often--I have seen many photos of helpers shoving behind cabooses on Cerro and Marshall Pass. One picture on the DPL show's the 498 shoving behind a caboose (late 30's) at Marshall Pass--I don't think I would have ridden in that caboose. Do you know what kind of consequences rule breaking of this nautre would warrent--termination? Just curious. Thanks as always for your info.
