The paint colors and design are the choice of Tom Young, who has done most of the work on the 720. Anyone can have an opinion on what it should be, but those who do the work should be the ones who decide.

Without his tireless efforts it would still be a heap of scrap metal. The others who have helped over the years certainly can have input, but Tom has been the main force in getting the locomotive where it is today and is still working away on the final tasks.
