Nice pictures! How often have you photographed fireworks like that? After seeing these pictures, I decided to try longer exposures myself since we are three blocks from the fairgrounds where they set off fireworks last night and tonight and have a clear view from our front porch. It is definitely harder than it looks! Of course, I made it harder for myself by deciding to try it at the last minute, so I was fumbling with my seldom-used tripod and my relatively new camera (shutter count < 50) in the dark.
