Looks like the photo has sold.
On a related note, the Milwaukee NG depot that has stood in LaMotte, Iowa since the NG was built has been relocated to a new home in Maquoketa, Iowa in Jackson County. It is being settled into its new home next to the Clinton Engines Museum. Good news indeed, as it had to be moved or else due to sale of the land it was sitting on. The final owner had passed away and I believe his widow wanted to move on. My buddy Glen Thede sent me some pictures of the Depot still in pieces taken today:
