While I don't know an exact answer to you question, '63 can handle the usual west bound run ok it's the east bound where it comes up short and needs help on the 4%. Right now one of the engines is running out of boiler time and needs to be used sparingly. When '87 is finished it'll take over the "heavy lifting" and '63 can go back to it's part time roll.
