The drawings that Chris posted were a very late D&RGW design of the late 1930s. The only narrow gauge examples that were built from this design I know were located at Alamosa and Mears Junction, with the later was partially preserved in Gunnison at the Gunnison Pioneer Mueseum.
Notice the composite shingles (asphalt?). Alamosa was the same way.
