Ron; I have the Kemtron On3 Instructions, however at the moment it is on loan to Dan Windolph. Not sure if Dan is in Chicago or Colorado at the moment. Will send him an email and ask him to copy and mail it to you.
I might add that if you build the 0-6-0T acording to the instructions, it probably will not run well. You'll need to replace the Kimtron drivers with Pilings drivers. The Kemtron gearbox is just awful and you'll need to replace it with a KTM gearbox or one from the fellow in Colo. Springs who is selling Kemtron C-16 2-8-0s with a new gearbox, drivers and can motor combination.
You are well known builder and I'm sure with effort you'll be able to make the darn thing run. I have the late Oscar Neubert's pilot model for the Kemtron Kit (built with C-16 parts) and it does not run very well either (with a Pitman open frame motor). But, makes a nice display model.
